Estimate of expenditure after inspection by the Architect – (Sample Format)
In my opinion, the entire shop should be demolished and reconstructed as it is beyond repairs and has already fallen down in most of the parts. The cost of proposed construction plus the cost of demolition minus the cost of materials coming out of demolition would be as follows :
1. Cost of proposed construction of shop at Ground Floor having covered area of 122 sq. ft. @ Rs. 50.00 per sq. ft.
2. Add the cost of demolition if the shop having covered area of 122 sq. ft. @ Rs. 2.00 per sq. ft.
3. Deduct the cost of materials coming out of demolition of the existing shop having covered area of 122 sq. ft. @ Rs. 5.00 per sq. ft.

Location of the Shop :
East : Gali and thereafter other’s shops.
West : Shop of Shri Sayad Khalid Ali and Shri Masood Ali.
North : Door of the shop, thereafter platform and then Gali.
South : Gali and thereafter house of Shri Khalid Ali and Shri Masood Ali.
