Greenhouse ice age we are in which

Greenhouse gases are the main cause of Global warming. Energy consumption is a major benefactor of Greenhouse gases. 0 In the energy consumption; 40% is electricity and heat generation, 20% is transportation, and the other 40% is building heat. 7 percent The major greenhouse gas is carbon dioxide (Co2), and most if not all c02 comes from fossil fuels and land use. Methane (CH4) and Nitrous oxide (N20) are also two common factors of Greenhouse gases, those mostly come from agriculture and waste. In Earth’s history there has been at least 5 Ice ages. The Huronian, Cryogenian, Andean-Saharan, Karoo ice age, and the current ice age we are in which is called the Quaternary glaciation. The Huronian ice age occured 2.4-2.1 billion years ago. The Cryo happened 720-635 million years ago. Andean-Saharan ice age lasted from 450-420. The Karoo ice age happened 360-260 million years ago. The medieval warming period was a time in history when the average temperature increased. The medieval warming  period took place in the northern atlantic region. The period was followed by a cooler period in the northern atlantic region and elsewhere termed the Little Ice Age. the “Little ice Age” was a period in the 14 century and lasted until the mid 19th century, when mountain glaciers occurred and expanded at several locations. At the beginning very little amounts of emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases, were outputted by natural reasons and little to no human reasoning. The reason for this is common practices such as driving, burning fossil fuels, and extracting natural gases were not developed until the industrial age. The only way of gases being released into the atmosphere is by melting methane pockets.Over time gasses become apart of the atmosphere and it prevents radioactive balances to occur and that’s why the planet is getting more hotter. Global climate change has had a big effect on the environment. Glaciers are shrinking, rivers and flooding and lakes are drying up. Also plants and animal ecosystems are shifting, and trees are flowering in the wrong season . Marine life and plants are taking a toll because this. Humans impact the environment in many different ways. Increasing in pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. The effect humans have had on the atmosphere is water pollution and air pollutions and climate is alarming. Common effects include decreased water quality and lack of natural resources and contribution to global climate change. One of the biggest impacts humans have on aquatic systems is extra nutrients inputs. Nutrients such as Nitrogen and phosphorus, are essential to the health of plants animals in aquatic regions like; the atlantic and pacific ocean. Adding pollutions and eroding, and also producing and discarding items lead to temperature and climate change. The global temperature is increasing at a alarming rate . Earth has experienced climate change in the past without humanity support. This is evident because of things left in selective tree rings, layers in ice, ocean sediments, coral reefs, and layers of sedimentary rocks. Earth is showing many signs of worldwide climate changes. Sources say average temperatures have climbed 1.4 degrees fahrenheit.
