The of these International Organizations and how they

The world has never been so integrated as it now. Numerous treaties and document bind countries and make them interdependent. Powerful international organizations like the United Nations, the European Union, NATO, Common Wealth of Independent States etc. have made countries, regions and even continents dependant upon each other in variety of realms. Spillover effect has become a very common phenomenon. Economic corporation has moved on to political, military and cultural. However, this is not where the integration stops. What waits for the world in the future?

What kind of a system and how will order be in the global system of corporation? In my essay I am going to discuss these questions. It is very unlikely to see a single World Government, for there are always people who will support corporation and integration in order to achieve stability and benefit for all, and there are always those who seek their own interests, national interests, thus making Global Politics and further world integration a difficult process. I am also going to discuss how will different theories of IR influence this process: the viewpoints of Communitarians and Cosmopolitans.

I can say that the system of ‘global governance’ can not embrace all of the most problematic issues that we are having to face today. Failures of the basis of this system are present not only in the G8/G7, but also in such influential multilateral institutions of global governance as of the UN bodies. I am going to touch upon the influence of these International Organizations and how they might help to achieve World Government or might even do the contrary. “International Organizations can be a source of, rather than a remedy for, disorder in and across issue-areas.

“1 Sometimes international organizations and multilateral institutions effect the problems oppositely with the actions they take to resolve them, and might even create new ones to solve. Thus “conflict and cooperation coexists in close proximity and even overlap in international relations”2. Because the United Nations is an International Organization, which is the inspector of the corporation between countries and the basis for a World Government, that might emerge in the future, it is going to be the main subject of discussion in my essay.

I am also going to touch upon how and what for it needs to go through some reformations, that would change some tactics of the United Nations bodies and may be stress their work not on finding resolutions to the problems they are facing, but first of all on fining the reasons of why these problems occurred, in order to avoid failures and creations of new problems instead of solving the old ones. “Beyond restructuring, the culture of the United Nations must undergo a transformation. 3”

I plan to use mostly the Internet, because I believe that I will find there much more updated information about this issue. However, some books and articles will also be included in my essay.
